Before an order leaves the warehouse, it is quality checked to ensure it is in good condition and meets customer specifications. For rackets, we inspect the entire product, including the frame and strings.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 7 days of purchase. The terms and conditions must be unused, authentic, including packaging and accessories. For more information, please visit the Returns & Refunds section.

A 30-day warranty applies to installed racket strings. If the strings are damaged during use, we will repair them at no additional cost. The warranty does not apply to items damaged by misuse, heavy impact, or other factors beyond normal repair.

Choosing the same racket, strings, and shoe size may not always work at other padel stores. Our professional team, consisting of experienced padel players and stringers, is ready to help you choose the right padel equipment for your needs.
